‘Pivot’ aims to inspire our generation to improve their overall wellbeing. We want to abolish the media stereotypes of ‘perfect bodies’ and lifestyles and encourage teens to have a healthy lifestyle for the right reasons; having fun and feeling good. We don’t want teens to aspire to the unrealistic standards that the media creates, but we want them to develop good habits and know that exercise is not about how you look! Our app provides credible information for teens on nutrition, fitness and other aspects of teenage life, as the information available can be tough to navigate and often misleading.
