Our app is about to help middle- aged overweight or less active people to help them exercise and build new connections with other like minded people. We picked this idea as most people around that age need help with that as they feel really insecure and lonely. Our app encourages people to socialise with other people that are really shy and doesn't like to talk to other people. It also encourages people to get out of their comfort zone and to exercise. With our app, it will help them live a better life and be happier as that is what is our app is to achieve.
