Change Minda is an anti-bullying app that aims to help people that are
being bullied or might be feeling down. Change Minda has a range of
features including: yoga, chat functions, motivational videos, daily and
weekly goals, plus colouring and games. The app aims to help users
shift to a growth mindset, to focus on positivity, to relax the mind and
body and develop skills to handle bullying scenarios. The app allows
students to connect with their teachers, counsellors and their peers in
a safe and friendly way. Change Minda is friendly for all ages,
including students, teachers and parents.
