Our app is called Bin – It. It is an environmentally focused
application that uses bin tracking to save the environment. It works by
firstly searching your area for bins that meet your criteria. Then, it
allows you to place your rubbish into bins which gives you points that
can be used unlocking avatars. These points can be viewed on the
leaderboard discouraging people from littering. Also included is a shop
page where you can buy sustainable and environmentally friendly
products. All of these parts come together in a user-friendly interface
that can be used at any age anywhere.
